Welcome. I’m here to guide you on your somatic journey towards knowing and being your whole self.


The impacts of trauma on our lives are complex and vast. Perhaps it is chronic pain, GI issues, or an autoimmune disorder. It could be difficulty in relationships, both with ourself and to others. Sometimes we are exhausted, fatigued, and without motivation to do the most basic tasks. Sometimes we are so wound up we don’t know how to slow down or relax, with constant thoughts and a sense of urgency. These are some of the many ways our body is communicating to us. Through somatic therapy and embodiment coaching, guided by an attuned caring person, we can learn to listen, to tend, and to heal.

I’m a Somatic Psychotherapist and I offer body-based trauma healing including nervous system regulation and embodiment support. I believe that everyone has the potential to heal, grow, change, and live a life of purpose and meaning. My hope is to help people reconnect to their body as part of the healing process, shifting towards ways to thrive rather than just survive their experience. I believe when we connect and listen to our body, we can tap into deep wisdom, guidance, and wholeness.

We’ll explore your life experience with compassionate curiosity, bringing in understanding and reducing shame and self-criticism. Together we can create a space of healing, to honor all of you and your experiences.

  • A group for women in helping roles to connect to themselves and others while learning the valuable skills of nervous system regulation.

  • This learn at you own pace video course covers the basics of how our body holds experiences and trauma, which can lead to dysregulation. This course provides practical, easy to use skills to begin your journey towards regulation and embodiment.

  • I love supporting Somatic Experiencing® students! I am approved to offer personal sessions for credit for beginning, intermediate, and advanced students.

  • Although I am a licensed therapist, this offering is not therapy. Somatic Skills coaching is ongoing support through specific goals setting, short online or phone sessions, contact via text/voxer, homework, and practices both together and on your own.
